Re-Advertisement Business Incubator Expansion

Sealed bid proposals for The Business Incubator Expansion for Downtown Statesboro Development Authority, Statesboro GA will be accepted by the City of Statesboro, opened and read out-loud at the office of Darren Prather, Central Services Director, 22 West Grady Street, Statesboro, GA 30458 at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June 29, 2023. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting for interested contractors at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the project site, 64 East Main Street Statesboro GA 30458.

The Downtown Statesboro Development Authority is soliciting bids from experienced and qualified General Contractors who are interested in submitting a proposal and entering into a contract for the Business Incubator Expansion. The project consists of approximately 8,000 SF of renovated office space and minor renovations to 2,800 SF lab building.

Digital Bid documents may be acquired from the City of Statesboro’s Central Services Purchasing Division. Please send your requests to estella.roberson@statesboroga.gov. This project (EDA Investment No. 04-79-07475) will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. Contractors are hereby notified that they are encouraged, to the greatest extent practicable, to purchase American‐made equipment and products with funding provided under this award.
