Investment Management and Accounting System eRFI

Through this eRFI, OST seeks information from suppliers that can assist it to:
¿        Establish a shared, high-level understanding of current, commercially available software and service functionality for investment management, accounting/treasury management, and participant accounting.
¿        Learn about products and/or services available from the supplier(s) that are specifically designed to help state government treasury agencies improve operations.
¿        Build an understanding of the capability of the suppliers and proposed solutions to meet the State¿s requirements.
¿        Assess the degree of configuration, customization and/or business process redesign that would be required to meet current business requirements and opportunities for improved business processes.
¿        Explore cloud-based SaaS software as the preferred option for software hosting and delivery, particularly regarding security, ability to integrate with legacy/ancillary systems, cost, and market direction.
¿        Gather recommendations from suppliers regarding software and services implementation approaches, including the phasing of software components, timelines, resourcing, and cost.
¿        Compare alternative solutions, consider future-state possibilities, and draw conclusions to shape future planning processes, solicitations, and/or use of a cooperative purchasing contract.
