The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – East (MRCO-E), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310 has a requirement for Radiation Surveys for Radiology Diagnostic Devices utilized at Womack Army Medical Center. It is the intent of the Defense Health Agency Contracting Office, on behalf of WAMC to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract for a performance period of approximately 48-months. This contract will serve as an annual service where the vendor will provide Radiation Surveys for the Radiation Diagnostic Devices listed in Attachment.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, and other items necessary to perform the surveys of the Radiation Diagnostic Devices listed. On an annual basis the vendor will come into WAMC to perform surveys "on-site" on a predetermined schedule so as not to disrupt patient care. In the event a survey fails, a discussion will be had with an HTMB Biomedical Equipment Technician to discuss the best course of action for the device that has failed. At no time, will this contractor perform the necessary steps to correct the failed device.
Anticipated Period of Performance is 1 June 2025 through 31 May 2029.
The solicitation number is W91YTZ25QA011, the resulting award will be made as a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
