Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) requires Radiation Surveys for Health Technology Management Branch (HTMB) in-direct support of patient care. It is the intent of the Defense Health Agency Contracting Office, on behalf of WAMC to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract for a performance period of approximately 36 months, with a possibility to extend for six months. This contract will serve as an annual service where the vendor will provide Radiation Surveys for the Radiation Diagnostic Devices listed in Attachment 1 of the Statement of Work. This contract is to support Health Technology Management Branch (HTMB) with Annual Radiation Surveys for Radiology Diagnostic Devices under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract's terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, and other items necessary to perform the surveys of the Radiation Diagnostic Devices listed. On an annual basis the vendor will come into WAMC to perform surveys "on-site" on a predetermined schedule so as not to disrupt patient care.
