Bids can be submitted through Cit-E-Bid procurement system or by hand delivering it to City Secretary Office, 1110 Houston St. 3rd floor, Laredo, TX 78040 until 5:00 P.M. on April 5, 2024 and all bids received will be opened and publicly acknowledge at 10:00 A.M. on April 8, 2024. Mailed Bids (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, emails or facsimile bids will not be considered. The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors.
