Printing, Signs, Banners, and Related Services

Project Description: The Austin Independent School District (herein after referred to as “AISD” or the “district”) is seeking proposals from firms/vendors/contractors qualified and experienced in providing Signs, Banners, and Related Services.
The District currently has a Print Shop, which services the entire District by providing printing services to all its campuses and departments. Because of the high volume of requests for print services throughout the District, AISD is seeking to establish contracts for services with firms that can adequately fulfil its printing needs in a timely and professional manner when services are requested by campuses and departments.
The intent of this RFP is to establish a pool of qualified vendors that provide print services that meet project timelines and are best value including freight.
