At the discretion of the North Carolina Department of Public Safety Emergency Management Division

and the Department of Transportation, contract PRB.31833 for replacing private bridge over Lyday Creek

(Site 088-01-dfb75) on Emmett Road in Transylvania County is being withdrawn. It is not known at this

time if the project will be readvertised at a later date under the Private Roads and Bridges Program.
