The work of this contract includes the replacement of two (2) hot water boilers with new condenser boilers. The hot water boilers are currently located in the boiler room of the school. The existing boilers are almost 25 years old and in poor condition and are energy inefficient. The new condenser boilers to better heat the building and to increase energy efficiency. General Bidders must be certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for HVAC.
