The North Attleboro Town Manager is soliciting sealed bids for the sale of a parcel of land located off of Kelley Blvd. North Attleboro, MA, (Map 34/Lot 555) which contains approximately 1.6 Acres.

The property is referred to in Book 679 Page 52 in Bristol County Registry of Deeds (Northern district) dated June 27, 2013, for a minimum purchase of Fifteen Thousand and Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($15,750.00) which is 90% of the Total Assessed Value of the parcel of land valued at Seventeen Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500.00) in accordance with the Uniform Procurement Act M.G.L. 30B.

The Bid Deadline is Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 11:00AM at which all bids will be publicly opened and read into record. The Town Manager may reject any bid deemed to not be in the best interest of the Town.
