The solicitation and associated information will be available ONLY from SAM.gov website on-line at sam.gov.



This is a web based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies.





The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for a PERMANENT AIRCRAFT WASHING SYSTEM FOR C-130J AND HH-60W at Westhampton Beach, NY, (Suffolk County).



Basis of Award: Quote that conforms to the terms and conditions of the synopsis/solicitation and meets all the requirements outlined in the performance work statement, provides the lowest price and is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.104-1.



52.232-18 (Avail of Funds as req)



NOTE This is currently not a funded procurement and award is contingent upon final funding certification.



The contract delivery will include a lead time. This service is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 366413, with a size standard of 1250 employees.



The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 1 August 2025.
