What is the process for the recycling rebate. Who will receive it.? Does it need to be included in my cost total?
The process for any recycling rebates are included in the PWS. The rebates shall be sent to the agent cashier at the Cincinnati VA Medical center within the timeframe specified in the PWS. The pricing that is to be submitted in the price-cost schedule shall only be the direct costs to the Government to support this requirement, i.e., dumpster rental and pickups.
The subcontractor says that his company operates by paying to remove the scrap metal. How does that work?
If you have specific questions please email them to me no later than the Q/A deadline indicated in the solicitation. I must provide all interested parties information disseminated through solicitation amendments. This is why phone calls are not entertained.
