Project Description: Capital Area Workforce Development (CAWD) is the local workforce development board serving Wake, Johnston, Lee, Orange, and Chatham Counties under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). CAWD provides strategic oversight, planning, procurement, and performance accountability for the regional NCWorks workforce system. CAWD seeks a qualified organization to deliver Adult and Dislocated Worker workforce services in Orange County, North Carolina, through the NCWorks system. This procurement is for service provider operations only and does not include One-Stop Operator services.
