Summary
The Ohio Department of Public Safety / Ohio Investigative Unit is soliciting dealers for a one-year subscription to YouTube Premium. This will be one Youtube Premium subscription associated with a DPS email account.

POP: one year term from date of PO issue.

See attached (ad hoc) solicitation document/contract draft for specifications, requirements, terms and conditions.  If selected, bidder shall execute contract document (items in red will be changed prior to award).

INVITATION TO BID INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions, Terms and Conditions for Bidding (revised 01/29/26, attached) apply to this solicitation.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached)  apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract.

EVALUATION
PDF Quote must be included. Failure to quote all items or provide PDF quote may deem the quote non-responsive . The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. Inquiries must be submitted via the OhioBuys Inquiry Field.

AWARD
A purchase order (PO) will be awarded to  lowest responsible and responsive quote as a result of this solicitation.  Period of performance for any resulting PO will be one year term from date of PO issue.
