Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: West Haven City.
Questions: All questions or requests for clarification regarding this RFP shall be submitted through U3P-Bonfire. The final date for submitting and responding to questions will be August 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
Submission: The deadline for submitting a proposal is August 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). Interested Respondents shall submit the following documents, as described elsewhere in this RFP, as three separate PDF files named as follows:
• Mandatory Minimum(Respondent’s Name)
• Technical Proposal(Respondent’s Name)
• Fee Proposal_(Respondent’s Name)
These three PDF files shall be attached to a single email to Emily Green, City Recorder, at emilyg@westhavenut.gov with the subject line “Proposal for Legal Services,” and shall be submitted before the above-stated deadline.
Please note that there is a 1GB limit on a single file upload. This courtesy posting is an advertisement of a procurement opportunity for West Haven City, not the Division of Purchasing. Responses should be directed to the designated individual/office as designated in the solicitation document. The contract award for this solicitation will not be posted on this website.
