Project Description: The purpose of the program is to support City of Dallas families who are experiencing homelessness, and those who have children with special educational and physical needs (such as: developmental disabilities, physical impairments, behavioral/emotional difficulties, sensory impairments, and chronic illnesses), by contracting with one or more nonprofit organization(s) to provide childcare services to these families.
