Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Region 5 seeks to procure construction services for the

replacement of the nitrogen generator and dry pipe replacement at the Kinneary U.S. Courthouse in Columbus, Ohio. The scope of

work to be completed is summarized as follows:



This project involves the replacement of the existing air compressor and fire suppression dry piping, including necessary lead paint

remediation and asbestos abatement. Piping replacement additionally includes cutting and patching of existing CMU and drywall partitions and painting of new fire suppression dry piping.
