This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. A request for Proposal will be posted on or about March 29, 2025.

The VA Central Western Massachusetts (CWM) requires a contractor to provide professional services to carry out construction requirements of the Correct Deficiencies Generator Buildings 1WA 1EA project located in Leeds, MA. This project includes completely preparing the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnishing labor and materials and performing work for the Correct Deficiencies Generator Buildings 1WA 1EA VA Central Western Massachusetts HealthCare System VISN 1 Leeds as required by drawings and specifications.

The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under FAR Part 15.
