The Town of Norwell seeks the services of a qualified Owners Project Manager OPM for their Multi Generational Community Center project. The initial scope of OPM Services includes a review of existing drawings, recommendations, budget development, designer selection, oversight of design development and construction, and public outreach.

A site visit will be conducted March 4, 2026 at 12:00pm at 345 Main St. Norwell, MA 02061

RFQ responses are due on March 18, 2026 at 12:00pm in the The Office of the Town Administrator, 93 Longwater Circle Norwell, MA 02061. The Town of Norwell reserves the right to reject any or all responses, or to cancel this RFQ if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
