US Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District is issuing this IFB for a project is to replace an outdated and inefficient water control structure incapable of containing high water volumes from Lower Cascade Creek. In 2009, a flood event overtopped the water control structure, and uncontrolled creek flows eroded both the upstream and downstream left groin of the dam causing extended disruption to project operations. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to as defined in the SOW and Specifications. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract, including environmental standards.R0001: The purpose of Amendment R0001 is to issue documents from the Site Visit on 14 November 2024 and to correct the Bid Opening Time.R0002: The purpose of Amendment R0002 is to issue revisions to Section 00 11 00 Bid Schedule, Section 01 22 00 10 Measurement and Payment within the Specifications and to provide a new WebEx Bid Opening link.R0003: The purpose of Amendment R0003 is to issue a Section 00 11 00 Bid Schedule R0002, Section 01 22 00 10 R0002, Drawing 103-C-1003 R0001, Drawing 101-S-101 R0001 and Drawing 102-C-102 R0001.
