MLK Computer and Music Labs

The City of Winston-Salem is inviting responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from design firms to provide engineering services from design through final construction for the MLK Center Computer and Music Labs as noted in the scope of work. The services generally include but are not limited to schematic design, preliminary design & development, final design, construction/bidding documents, permitting, architectural/ engineering design schedules, cost estimates, maintenance budgets, construction administration, and construction observation services.
