PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns requests Proposals from qualified Vendors to provide Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) Employment Services (ES) participants with assistance to overcome barriers in finding employment and other relevant Services that lead to independence and self-sufficiency from public assistance. Approximately 1,200 Clients would need Services during a calendar year. The Contract will be awarded to one Vendor for a two-year period with the option to extend two additional two-year periods.

PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System online through Bids & Tenders not later than 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 8, 2025. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted.

PRE-PROPOSAL VIRTUAL CONFERENCE: The County will conduct a virtual open house with interested Vendors at 11:00 AM, CT, Tuesday, April 8, 2025. The purpose will be to review the RFP and to answer questions about any aspects of the RFP or of the project in general. To attend, email Procurement@stearnscountymn.gov for the MS Teams connection information not later than 11:00AM, CT, Monday, April 7, 2025. Although attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended.
