Notice is hereby given that proposals will be received by ISD 279 - Osseo Area Schools located at 11200 93rd Avenue
North, Maple Grove, Minnesota 55369 until Monday, October 5, 2026 at 1:00 PM local time for the purchase of
restorative practices professional development. Submissions received after the time stated will not be considered.
Submissions will be opened publicly and receipt acknowledged.
R equest for proposal documents are available by emailing PurchasingDept@district279.org with subject line "Request
for ISD 279 Restorative Practices RFP".
Questions relating to this proposal must be entered into a Google Forms. A vendor shall not contact school sites or
o ther ISD 279 personnel (e.g., facilities, operations, activity coaches, business/resource managers, etc.) regarding this
pTrIoMpEoLsIaNl -E failure to comply will result in rejection of a submitted proposal.


Request for proposal released on Wednesday September 16, 2026.
Vendor questions must be submitted to ISD 279 by September 23, 2 026. Submit via Google Sheets.
ISD 279 will provide a response to questions by September 25, 2026.
Vendor must submit proposal(s) by October 5, 2026. No exception.
Formal review/award by Student Services Team by October 31, 2026.
