"Marine Work Only" Harbor Administration Building

Project Description: Project consists of marine‐only site preparation for a future two‐story administration building, including demolition of the existing aluminum gangway and concrete landing, excavation and trenching for pile foundations, installation of a lateral‐spread steel sheet pile wall, placement of precast prestressed concrete piles and cast‐in‐place foundation slab for a new gangway landing, installation of geotextile filter fabric with bedding and quarter‐ton armor stone revetment above high‐tide elevation, construction of cast‐in‐place concrete finishes, fabrication and installation of a design‐build aluminum gangway and guardrails, and replacement of utilities between landside and floating‐dock connections.
