ODFW is soliciting proposals from qualified Proposers to provide professional design and planning services for a Stage 0 stream and floodplain restoration project in the Umpqua National Forest.
The goal of this project is to restore natural hydrologic, geomorphic, and ecological processes by reestablishing a dynamic, self-sustaining wetland-stream complex that reflects a Stage 0 condition.
