JFS-DO Consulting Services for Transition Services

Summary of Services to be Provided: The selected consultant will work with ODJFS leaders and staff to do the following: 1. Define the report structure and content 2. Gather information through interviews and meetings 3. Review existing materials and data sources 4. Synthesize information for report development 5. Develop written content 6. Assemble and organize report content 7. Finalize report formats for agency use See Section 5, Scope of Work for details of services to be provided.

Quotes will be evaluated to determine best value, and the most advantageous response for ODJFS. A quote will be disqualified if the response fails to meet mandatory requirements, or are otherwise deemed unacceptable, incomplete, or are found to be invalid. The State may request best and final offers (BAFOs) from Offeror(s). If an Offeror does not submit a BAFO, the State will treat that Offeror’s Proposal (or most recent offer) as its BAFO.RFQ Award will be based on best value and a formalized contract between the selected offeror and ODJFS will be executed.
