Eastern Daylight Time on September 14, 2026 for the following project: Public Services Center (PSC) HVAC Replacement Pre-bid conference will be held September 9, 2026 @ 11:00 A.M Eastern Daylight Time, Public Services Center, 4100 Roberts Road, Columbus, Ohio 43228. Deadline for questions, submitted on the IonWave page (Bid Number: UA26-50) by September 10, 2026 at 8:00 AM. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming responsive or conditional bids. Requirements of the City of Upper Arlington Affirmative Action Program are applicable.
