The Network Contracting Office-8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, intends to solicit and award a
contract to provide Preventive Maintenance and Inspection Services of the Emergency Management Mobile Fleet Assets at the Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System facility in Orlando, Florida. The performance period for this contract will be one (1) year base plus four (4) one (1) year option periods. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811111, with a related small business size standard of $9 million.

The proposed action is for a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order is a Small Business set-aside solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on or about August 29, 2025, via the sam.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated
provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, August 08, 2025.

It is the responsibility of the quoter to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the
solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for this award, prospective offerors must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, www.sam.gov. SITE VISIT. Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
