The FSC/PSC was J065.
The Biomedical Engineering Department at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA (VA GLA) required a service contract for comprehensive support of its Linear Accelerator (LINAC) hardware, ARIA and Eclipse software, and Full-scale network system. These systems are integral to the Radiation Oncology treatment programs and are essential for delivering patient care. The need for a service contract arose to ensure the continued optimal performance and reliability of these critical systems, which are essential for providing high-quality radiation oncology treatments to veterans. Regular maintenance and expert support are necessary to prevent any disruptions in patient care and to address any technical issues promptly. The expected performance period was a base year with four option years thereafter.
All proposals were to be sent to the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 Contract Specialist, Jamie ElBedawi at Jamie.elbedawi@va.gov and Kyle Cipra at kyle.cipra@va.gov.
