(IFB) N03 Condenser Cleaning and Pressure Testing

The purpose of this solicitation for N03 Condenser Cleaning and Pressure Testing (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to clean and pressure test the tubes in four (4) condensers on Northside unit 3 as described in this Solicitation  (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.

JEA is requesting to have the tubes in four (4) condensers on Northside unit 3 cleaned, and to have each tube pressure tested for leaks. Tubes that are already plugged shall have the plugs removed where possible and shall be tested. Any plugs that either cannot be removed or whose removal would result in damage that cannot be repaired by tube coating shall be left in place and marked as such on the tube maps.  Any tubes that are determined to have a leak shall be marked on a tube map and in the field.
