Solicitation Summary
The Maryland School for the Deaf is soliciting an HVAC contractor to perform monthly preventative maintenance at its Columbia campus. This is a one year contract from July 1st, 2026 through June 30th, 2027, with two optional extensions of one year each.
4/3/26 It was brought to our attention that the Solicitation Packet did not upload correctly. It has now been replaced by a full and correct version.
5/5/26 Solicitation Amendment and Questions and Answers
The solicitation has been amended to include in the contractor's duties, the preparation of the chillers and cooling towers for spring startup. Please view the uploaded amendment and revise bids accordingly. The bid due date has been changed to June 4th, 2026 at 10:00 am to allow time for revision.
A Questions and Answers document has also been uploaded.
