Amendment 0002 - Posted 11/07/2024 - Solicitation amended to: add a Collective Baragining Agreement as an attachment in Section J, make clarifying edits to Section L, and answer questions from industry

NOTE: The Government is changing the answer to Question 7 in Amendment 0001. An existing CBA between the current contractor and one of their subcontractors will be incorporated into this solicitation and the resulting contract. The rates for labor categories contained in that CBA shall be used in place of the rates for those same labor categories found in the attached Wage Determination.

Amendment 0001 - Posted 10/24/2024 - Solicitation amended to: extend solicitation closing date and time, add the HVAC Inventory list as an attachment in Section J, make clarifying edits to Section L, and answer questions from industry. Please note: The Government will not be extending the solicitation closing date further. Solicitation modification N6660425R0046U0001 has been added as an attachment to this posting.

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect though the most current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC), 2024-07, effective September 30, 2024.
