The Iowa Department of Management, representing the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services ("Agency"), issues this Request for Proposals ("RFP") #185-1546-2025, HHS Bureau of Cannabis Regulation Salesforce Support and Development. The Agency seeks to purchase support and maintenance for the Salesforce-based systems used by its Bureau of Cannabis Regulation for the regulation, tracking, and oversight of cannabis, cannabis products, consumable hemp products, and dispensaries within the state of Iowa, as required under Iowa law.
