Harm Reduction Supplies and Distribution - Smokeworks

The MDH Cross-Cutting Epidemiology, Programs & Partnerships (CCEPP) Section-Prevention Unit intends to purchase Harm Reduction goods and services available thru Smokeworks which offers a variety of bulk products and services easy outreach distribution for individual needs.

The Agency determined that Smokeworks is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product that meets the Agency’s business needs. This is deemed a single source purchase because Smokeworks is recognized as the industry standard for harm reduction products and are solely distributed with ongoing support by Smokeworks and is not available from other third parties.
