The City of Iowa City Water Division is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the removal, disposal, and replacement of spent granular activated carbon (GAC) with virgin GAC.

Questions: All questions and clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal will be accepted until February 27, 2023 , noon (CST) by submitting your questions through Ion Wave. All questions must be in writing in order to receive a response.
