Project Description and Scope of Work: General Engineering Consulting (GEC) and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) for Districts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7
The Office of Alternative Delivery is currently seeking a team to perform design and environmental services for the Pre-let and Post-let phases and Construction inspection for projects within the Design-Build program located geographically within GDOT Districts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. The GEC will provide project development deliverables, including but not limited to, the following: conceptual work, special studies, traffic and revenue analysis, environmental documents, geotechnical investigation, traffic analysis, support for major interstate interchange concepts, surveys, costing plans, as well as provide post-let submittal reviews and environmental re-evaluations. The CEI will monitor and inspect construction activities, etc.
