Bids/Request for proposals may be submitted to the purchasing division until
10:00a.m., and Wednesday March 27, 2024.
The Bid will be publicly opened at 10:00a.m. Wednesday March 27, 2024.
NOTE: Only bids written in ink or typewritten, and properly signed by a member of the firm or authorized
representative, will be accepted. Pencil and/or photographic copies of signatures disqualify bid.
DESCRIPTION OF ARTICLES
The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office in now accepting bids on:
2023/2024 FORD ESCAPE "ACTIVE MODEL" VEHICLES
This bid will allow the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office to purchase
vehicles for the entire 2023/2024 model production year.
The submission of a bid constitutes a firm confirmation by the
manufacturer on the prices quoted for the model year vehicles. Bidder will
indicate the final date by which orders for current models must be placed.
Any additional optional equipment will be at dealer’s cost.
Dealer awarded the bid must provide proof of vehicles current availability
and provide storage of vehicles for a minimum of 30 days. Availability
may dictate final decision.
Upon delivery and final acceptance, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office
will make payment within 30 days.
Winning vendor must supply copy of manufacturer’s price list.

Contract valid for 180 days from Award Date.
