Contract Opportunity

The following questions were received concerning the Statement of Work:
1. RFP page 14, section 5 lists the period of performance as beginning on April 1, 2025. We assume this is an error. Can you please verify performance begins October 1, 2025?
2. On page 21 of the RFP, section 9, Personnel Requirements, the first paragraph indicates all personnel must have at minimum five (5) years of experience and then section 9.2 indicates the Junior Industrial Hygienist needs only one (1) year of experience. Can you please clarify if this labor category needs a minimum of one (1) or five (5) years of experience?
This amendment (Amendment 1) incorporates updates to the SOW that answer both questions. The following changes are incorporated into the SOW:
Change Paragraph 5, Performance Period
FROM:
The period of performance is a (1) year base period, 04/01/2025 - 03/31/2026, plus up to two (2) one-year ordering periods, with an ultimate contract completion date of 03/31/2028.
TO:
The period of performance is a (1) year base period, 10/01/2025 - 09/30/2026, plus up to two (2) one-year ordering periods, with an ultimate contract completion date of 09/30/2028.
Change Paragraph 9, Personnel Requirements
FROM:
All contractor personnel shall be professionals equipped with occupational, federal, and/or California licenses and/or certifications, as applicable for each labor category. In addition, each contractor employee shall possess, at minimum, five (5) years of applied career experience working within a healthcare setting. Most of the positions will require more substantial experience. The required categories of personnel are:
