CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS
REQUEST FOR LETTER
OF INTEREST
Notice is hereby given that the City of West Memphis, Arkansas is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting engineering firms for engineering related services for the design and construction of the improvements described in the Mississippi River Bridges USDOT PROTECT Grant.
The work will generally consist of providing engineering services that include surveying, environmental review/documentation, geotechnical studies, topographic survey, Right-of-Way & Easement acquisition, preliminary engineering, plan preparation, specifications, cost estimates, and construction/as-built engineering for the construction of the wetland and floodplain improvements described in the USDOT PROTECT Grant. The project shall conform to the requirements of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
These projects include Federal funds with local match and all work will be reviewed and approved by the FHWA. All work and contract requirements shall conform to requirements of the FHWA.

Five (5) sets of Responses must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (CST), December 05, 2025. Any responses received after this deadline will not be considered.
After a review of all letters of interest received, selected firms will be furnished a scope
