DRAFT: Fort Bliss Custodial Services

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date from 10 January 2025 to 17 January 2025. This announcement is to release a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) to industry for the purpose of requesting feedback from sources capable of meeting the Fort Bliss Custodial Requirements prior to the release of a formal RFP.THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This draft RFP is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a formal solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is seeking feedback from any potential offerors that choose to provide it; however, the Government is not seeking proposals at this time. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this draft RFP. All costs associated with responding to this announcement will be solely at the responding party?s expense. Documents that are available for feedback as part of the draft RFP package are: Draft Solicitation Corresponding Draft Technical Exhibits and Attachments. All information provided in these draft documents are notional, and the Government may add, remove, or change them before the RFP is released. Information Requested: Interested offerors/vendors are invited to submit comments to the Government to ensure the draft Request for Proposal is understood and clear for any future Request for Proposal that may result from feedback received. Any feedback or clarification requested will help the Government to ensure that the resultant RFP accurately and clearly describes the intended work to meet the Government?s requirements. The Government welcomes industry feedback with respect to any of the documents provided in this posting. The Government requests that responses to this Draft RFP be submitted using the attached Comment Resolution Matrix. The MS Excel file shall be emailed to the POC?s listed below and shall be saved using the following format: ?[Company Name] _Bliss Custodial_DRFP_date]? Information submitted in any other format may not be reviewed. Any information received in response to this draft RFP that is marked PROPRIETARY will be handled accordingly. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary information not properly identified. **REMINDER: Please note that the solicitation and all technical exhibits/attachments are currently in draft format.
