Design Guidelines & Standards Update

Greetings from Loreto Bay!  We are pleased to present you with this Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Village of Loreto Bay for your consideration.

RFP:  The Village of Loreto Bay (“Loreto Bay”) is located in Loreto, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Loreto Bay is a traditional neighborhood development (“TND”) community that was originally designed by Andrés Duany of the architecture and town planning firm, DPZ CoDesign (“DPZ”). Loreto Bay contains over 700 existing homes and many mixed-use structures.

The services sought by this RFP are to revise Loreto Bay’s existing design guidelines with SmartCode elements that will help streamline on-going development of Loreto Bay’s TND community.

Due Date:  RFP responses are due 12 April 2024. We would also appreciate it if you could email us by no later than 19 March 2024 to let us know if you are interested in submitting an RFP.
