Please be advised that this opportunity is only open to Contractors on NAVFAC Mid ? Atlantic 8(a) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) ML-C00075 (Contract Nos. N4008518D0030 - 0038). NOTICE REGARDING TIMELY DEFINITIZATION OF EQUITABLE ADJUSTMENTS FOR CHANGE ORDERS UNDER CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS.
