Design-Build firms for the Solar Photovoltaic

The Klamath County Board of Commissioners invites proposals from qualified Design-Build firms to provide integrated design and construction services for the Solar Photovoltaic Field Installation Project at Klamath County Juvenile Department and Public Department facilities. This project is funded in part by a $321,988 award from the Oregon Department of Energy Community Renewable Energy Grant Program, under the authority of Oregon Laws 2021, chapter 508, sections 29 through 32 (House Bill 2021) Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) Chapter 330 Division 250.

There will be no Pre-Proposal meeting.

Sealed proposals marked “Klamath County Juvenile Department Solar Project” will be received by Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager at 305 Main Street, Room 216, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601 until 2:00 p.m., July 2, 2026. No bid shall be considered if faxed, electronically submitted or received later than 2:00 p.m., July 2, 2026 .  The bids shall be opened at the Klamath County Government Center at 305 Main Street on July 2 , 2026, after 2:00 PM .

Klamath County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so.  Klamath County reserves the right to rescind the award of any contract at any time before the execution of said contract by all parties without any liability against the County.  All proposals are subject to Oregon Law bid procedures.
