NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, February 25, 2025, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Dam Repairs at Withrow Springs State Park located in Huntsville, AR for the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism. PR #9002510
There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference. The State reserves the right to schedule future meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, Inc., 901 West 7th St., Little Rock, AR 72201, (501) 372-4011. Bidders can obtain the bidding documents from SRI at cost (non-refundable).
DESIGN PROFESSIONAL: ETC Engineers & Architects, Inc., Shawkat Ali, 1510 S. Broadway, Little Rock, AR 72202. (501) 375-1786.
A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, the State encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
