    MILLING, RESURFACING & PAVEMENT MARKINGS
    The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for milling,
    resurfacing, & pavement marking type work in Gaston County. The Contractor is to
    furnish labor, material, equipment and traffic control:
    CONTRACT TIME:
    The availability date for this contract will be April 1, 2026.
    The completion date for this contract will be September 30, 2027.
    PROPOSAL COPIES:
    Bid Proposals may be downloaded at

    from the Division 12 Office, located at 1710 E. Marion Street in Shelby, N.C. 28152, by

    BID OPENING:
    Sealed bids must be received in the Division Engineer's Office, located at 1710 E.
    Marion Street, Shelby, N.C. 28152, by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Bids
    must be submitted electronically through the approved electronic bidding provider as
    detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Paper bids will not be accepted for this project.
