    LATEX MODIFIED MICROSURFACING
    The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for
    microsurfacing and pavement marking type work in Cleveland and
    Gaston Counties. The Contractor is to furnish labor, material, equipment and traffic
    control:
    CONTRACT TIME:
    The availability date for this contract will be April 1, 2026.
    The completion date for this contract will be November 13, 2026.
    PROPOSAL COPIES:

    from the Division 12 Office, located at 1710 E. Marion Street in Shelby, N.C. 28152, by

    BID OPENING:
    Sealed bids must be received in the Division Engineer's Office, located at 1710 E.
    Marion Street, Shelby, N.C. 28152, by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Bids
    must be submitted electronically through the approved electronic bidding provider as
    detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Paper bids will not be accepted for this project.
