Woodruff County will be accepting bids on the following county roads to be repaired and chip sealed.
CR187 will be prepared, repaired chip and sealed with double seal: .10 miles long by 18 feet wide, at present it is a gravel road.
CR191 will be prepared, repaired, chip and sealed with single seal: .5 miles long by 18 feet wide, it is existing chip and seal.
CR135 will be prepared, repaired, chip and sealed with single seal: .5 miles long by 20 feet wide, it is existing chip and seal.
CR442 will be prepared, repaired, chip and sealed with single seal : .2 miles long by 16 feet wide, it is existing ship and seal.
CR680 will be prepared, repaired, chip and sealed with single seal and striped: 6 miles long by 21 feet wide, it is existing chip and seal.
CR730 will be prepared, repaired, chip and sealed with single seal it is .1 miles long by 21 feet wide, it is existing chip and seal.
CR260 will be prepared, repaired, chip and sealed with single seal, and striped it is 2.1 miles long by 20 feet wide, it is existing ship and seal.
CR757 will be prepared, repaired, chip and sealed: .5 miles long by 16 feet wide: existing chip and seal. CR793 will be prepared, repaired, chip and sealed with single seal it is 1517 feet long by 16 feet wide, it is existing chip and seal.
The bid package should contain a bid for each individual road as well as a bid for the entire project and scope of work to be completed.
A 5 percent bid bond will be required from every contractor placing bid. Performance and payment bond will be required up on award of contract. Certificate of Insurance required upon award of the job.
All bid packages should be mailed or dropped off at Woodruff County Judge, Michael John Gray, P.O. Box 300/500 North 3rd Street, Augusta, AR 72006, for any questions call the office at 870-347-5206.
Woodruff County has the right to reject any and all bids. All bid packages should include a projected start date.
This ad is paid for by the Woodruff County Road Department and the cost for this ad is $230.64. Bids must be turned in by the end of day {4pm) April 11, 2025.
