TO PROSPECTIVE CONSULTANTS: The following changes shall be made part of the request

for this Bulletin.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

1. Transportation & Mobility Project 1 – Signature Trail Study: Question 1. Do you expect significant

public outreach in this project, and do you expect an Engineer or a Landscape Architect to lead?

 Per the bulletin, the Consultant will host an in-person public meeting to solicit public feedback

relating to the trail’s design components and character. The consultant will also develop

questions for an online survey to solicit public feedback relating to the trail’s design components

and character. Both the public meeting and survey should be formatted to include photos,

images and other visual examples of possible design components.

 The Consultant should propose the amount of public engagement to support their vision of the

project understanding.

 An Engineer or Landscape Architect could take the lead the project.

2. Transportation & Mobility Project 3 - I-270 Crossing between Tuller Road and Emerald Parkway –

Detailed Design: Question 1. Is the Bridge Alternatives and Location Study available for the project?
