ADDENDUM # 2 CHANGES THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE TO JULY 18, 2025.

ADDENDUM #1 WITH RFI RESPONSES POSTED JULY 2, 2025. SEE ATTACHED. The number of this Addendum 1 must be ACKNOWLEDGED in the appropriate space on the SF-1442 Form.

This is a Request for Proposal prepared in accordance with the format pursuant to FAR Part 15 and 36, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 12405B25R0005 and incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.

SCOPE: Sugarcane Greenhouse Construction, USDA Sugarcane Research site 501 Bull Run Road, Schriever (Houma), LA.

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM CODE: (NAICS): 236220

SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $45M

The magnitude of construction is more than $10,000,000.

Any amendment and documents related to this procurement will be available electronically via the Government Point of Entry (www.sam.gov).

Submission shall be emailed to shalunda.mix@usda.gov with the subject line “RFP 12405B25R0005, Sugarcane Greenhouse Construction, Houma, LA”. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure the Government is in receipt of the proposal by the deadline NLT 2:00 PM CT, July 11, 2025.
