Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Solicitation # 75H70425Q00030, 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise Set-Aside. Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, Subpart 12.6.

The Indian Health Service’s Office of Clinical and Preventive Service's 2025 National Cancer Prevention, Screening, and Care Conference will be held in either; Minneapolis, MN; Denver, Colorado; or Salt Lake City, Utah on preferred dates of July 15-18, July 29-August 1, or August 5-8. A one (1) day preconference and two and a half (2.5) working days will be dedicated to achieving the goals and objectives of all conference functions, etc. Approximately two hundred and fifty (250) participants are expected to attend.

-The associated RFQ document, Performance Work Statement, Contract Time Table, SF1449/Attachment A and Evaluation Factors/Criteria document are attached.

-Solitation responses are due by 05/27/2025 at 10:00 AM (EST).

-Questions are due by 05/23/2025 at 3:00 PM (EST).
