The consultant shall work with the Government to define the requirements for each room.
The consultant shall have proven experience with engineering, construction, building modification, audio visual installation and components, secure video conferencing, large screen LED videowalls, cameras, microphones, sound control, and Audio Visual over Internet Protocol (AVoIP) technology. Technical expertise shall include expert knowledge of AV hardware and software, security requirements for secure spaces, project management skills including handling large-scale AV projects efficiently, communication and collaboration, and problem-solving skills addressing technical issues as they arise. The consultant shall have knowledge and experience designing AV spaces with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD)/ Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705 and Telecommunications Electronics Material Protected from Emanating Spurious Transmissions (TEMPEST) requirements and compliance. The consultant shall also have knowledge of complying with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). All specified equipment must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant and any SVTC equipment must be on DISA’s Approved Products List.
